This is a 98% natural product. I do have to use a stabilizer. But you don't have to refrigerate the lotion. The lotion has a one year shelf life. So plenty of time to use it up. This cream goes on silky and smooth. It's not oily or sticky. Shouldn't clog pores. FDA approved ingredients label: Water, Cetearyl Alcohol, Ceteareth-20, Glycerin, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Di C12-15 Alkyl Fumarate, Sunflower Oil, Isopropyl Palmitate, DMDM Hydantoin, Carbomer, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate, Goat Milk Extract, Aloe Barbadenis Leaf Juice, Tocopheryl Acetate.
